Transfer Student
Copy of Transfer Order attested (in blue ink only) by the Office where parent(s) of student joined after transfer. The CBSE does not require countersigning of transfer certificates from one CBSE school to another. However, if the student is transferring from a school not affiliated with the CBSE, the transfer certificate must be countersigned by an authorized authority.

To transfer from one CBSE school to another, a student needs to provide the following documents:

  • A school transfer application to the principal of the current school, stating the reason for leaving
  • The admission letter from the current school
  • The admission acceptance letter from the new school
  • Request of the parent
  • Registration Card/ Registration Number of CBSE
  • Report Card of previous class.
  • Transfer Certificate of previous school.
