Teacher’s Day 2026 celebration at D Y Patil’s DPVN, Navi Mumbai, was a celebration of gratitude, reflection, and reverence. The day was not just about honouring the teaching fraternity, but also about remembering the vision that gave DPVN its foundation.
This year, the celebration carried a profound sense of remembrance. The DPVN family paused to honour the revered Founder Chairman, Padma Shri Hon Dr. D Y Patil Sir, whose vision and dream continue to guide our path.
The day also found its strength in the blessings of our mentors and the luminaries – Hon Dr Vijay D Patil Sir, and Hon Dr Shivani Vijay Patil Ma’am, whose enduring faith continues to inspire us to reach higher, dream bigger, and serve with greater purpose.
The presence of our mentor, our guiding light, most Respected Principal Ma’am, was the heart of the celebration. Her words, laced with wisdom and warmth, set the tone for the day. She reminded us that teaching is not merely a profession but a calling – a journey of shaping minds, touching hearts, and building futures. Her quiet strength and her deep faith in every member of the DPVN family continue to inspire us all.
The programme included heartfelt speeches, cultural performances, and a moment of felicitation for each member of DPVN family. They were honoured with tokens of appreciation, and the air was filled with the spirit of togetherness and gratitude.
